Welcome Jr Trojan! Thank you for being a part of the Trojan Football Family. Winter workouts are a great way to keep the players in shape for the upcoming season but also to build camaraderie necessary to support a winning program.
These workouts will take place in the weight room at LHS/track. Please be sure to send your child in workout gear but also with sweatshirt/pants in case they run outdoors. Water is always a good idea as well. Only tennis shoes will be necessary...no cleats needed.
Workouts will be designed around player ability/age and lots of speed and agility training/general conditioning. Workouts will be led by the Football Coaching Staff and assisted by Ray Zingler.
Players can come all 3 days or any variation thereof. The more the better! And please tell the boys to invite their friends, even if they want to just give it a try.
